What is Transcend?

Transcend is a Singapore-based Discord server for transgender individuals. The Transcend 2023 rebrand is a comprehensive update to the branding of the Discord server. The rebrand aims to create a more accepting, friendly, and respectful space for transgender individuals, while also improving the server's visual identity and communication style. The Transcend 2023 rebrand includes new logos, typography, colour schemes, messaging guidelines, and an asset package to help ensure consistent branding across all materials.
